From Borrowed from Hindustani خوشی (xośī) / ख़ुशी (xuśī), from Classical Persian خوشی (xuši, “happiness”).

  1. (informal) Making few demands; comfortable, easy.
    When Char shifts is a really cushy job. Mostly I just sit around drinking tea.
  2. (chiefly US) Comfortable, often in a way that will suit a person's body; ergonomic.
